Great daily yoga flows to clear negative energy

If we are paying attention at all, there is a lot going on. This may seem overwhelming or new to some of us, it may seem like an extension of what has always been to others. Globally, nationally, culturally and economically we are on the brink. Is this a pendulum that will swing back, away from the darkness of a divided country and toward a more inclusive society?

COVID with its tremendous loss of life and tremendous economic costs has brought us to our knees. How to rise up? How to keep the faith? How to stay empowered and use our own magic powers to forge a new path ahead?

I suggest a few sequences: Sun Salutations, the classic 12 poses are a great way to start to move the energy through the body. The classic series extends and flexes the spine, tones the large muscle groups of the legs and arms, builds core strength and invites breath to fill the spaces in the body.
