Having practiced medicine for two decades, I found yoga first as a way to stay limber, graceful and fit. 

What is it that fuels each and every one of us in this world?  Having practiced medicine for two decades, I found yoga as a way to stay limber, graceful and fit. It has helped me tone my body after having children, manage the stress of caring for patients, and juggle family responsibilities and the usual small dramas of life. Yoga anchors me like nothing else. I hope this mindful medicine helps you too …
