To be resilient we need to practice presence. Our practice can help us resist distraction and be more present to the here and now. When we resist the urge to do everything at a fixed speed, we can push a reset button.

It feels great to move, achieve, set and meet goals, but does it ever seem like moments of beauty escape our attention?
